Columbus Water & Power Utility Discount Programs
The Columbus Water & Power (CWP) discount program is a utility assistance program for CWP customers. It is aimed at creating more affordable and equitable access to public utilities for Columbus residents. If eligible, power and water customers can receive a 30% discount on their power and water usage. Anyone over the age of 60 may be eligible for additional discounts.

2026 National Night Out Grant
The Department of Neighborhoods is proud to announce that the application for the annual National Night Out grant is live! NNO is a fun, annual, community-building campaign celebrated across the U.S. on the first Tuesday in August that promotes police- and first responder-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. Franklin County Adult Protective Services (APS) offers a Transitional Housing Program for eligible adults age 60 and older who may be experiencing unsafe living conditions or housing instability. This program provides up to 90 days of safe, supportive housing at no cost for approved participants.
