A Step in the Right Direction's Strong Start Workshops

Our workshops are designed to equip caregivers with the knowledge and skills necessary for their child’s first year of life. Individuals must be 34 weeks pregnant or have a child under 12 months old.

These hands-on sessions equip new parents with life-saving knowledge on safe sleep practices and infant care. Participants receive lactation support, doula referrals, and access to essential resources such as a free crib, car seat, and CPR/First Aid certification.
