Flourish Catalyst Program – Application Now Open

The Flourish Catalyst, a program of FlourishesConsulting is seeking nonprofits located in the City of Columbus who have 10 or more employees—organizations that want to strengthen HR systems, improve culture, and invest in the development of their people. The program will provide an in-depth overview of your current HR infrastructure, identification of problem areas and recommended improvements for compliance and management of the HR function. You will also receive one of the following services as chosen by your organization: 

·       Updated Employee Handbook, 

·       HR coaching, mentorship and advising, and/or 

·       Customized workshop(s) for your team. 

The service has a total value of over $6,000. The City will provide $5,000 scholarships and FlourishesConsulting will provide additional services pro-bono. This will leave only $750 to be paid by each participant organization. There are only SIX scholarships available, so if your organization is interested, please apply as soon as possible! Eligible participants are non-profit organizations which serve households below the ALICE threshold and operate within Columbus city limits. 

This program is offered in conjunction with the City’s Accelerate Columbus initiative. Future offerings for non-profits will provide instruction, support and or/services in several areas: Data Readiness, QuickBooks, Search Engine Optimization and a Founder’s Video Project along with a Digital Health and Education component.
